OUR CANDLES
What are our candles made of?
Soy Wax
Our candles are made from soy wax, which is derived from soybeans, a renewable resource. It is biodegradable and easy to clean with soap and water. Soy wax has a lower melting point than other waxes, allowing for a longer burn time (approximately 40 hours for our 8oz candles).
Cotton Wick
We use lead-free cotton wicks in all of our candles.
100% Essential Oils
Our candles are fragranced with high-quality natural essential oils. These oils are extracted from plants through distillation or mechanical methods, such as cold pressing. Each blend is carefully crafted to reflect the unique character of the neighbourhood.
Dye-Free
All of our candles are free from dyes.
Hand-Poured
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches in Ottawa.
Can our candles be recycled?
Yes, absolutely. Our candle containers are recyclable. You can also return your empty candle jar to us for reuse and receive 10% off your next purchase.

How long do orders take to be processed?
Our candles are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 3–5 days for order processing. If you have a specific timeline, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you have more Ottawa neighbourhoods available?
We currently offer 26 Ottawa neighbourhood candles and 10 Toronto neighbourhood candles. We are continually working to capture more unique communities. If you have a neighbourhood request or idea, please reach out through our Contact page. We also offer custom candles upon request.
Do you do custom candles?
Yes, we would love to create a custom scent and concept for you. Please contact us for pricing and more details.

RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Please contact us if you experience any issues with your product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING
What is your shipping policy?
After your candle has been hand-poured (3–5 days processing time), shipping within Canada typically takes 1–5 business days. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For special circumstances, please contact us.
We also offer local delivery through Trexity, bringing candles straight to your door.
Please note that shipping times may occasionally be delayed due to external factors.
